Return/exchange policy
1. Please strictly inspect the goods and confirm when accepting the goods.Once signed, for being not the product quality problems ,goods will not be returned.
2. Due to product quality problems to the machine return/exchange, our company will be responsible for the return of the freight

Q2. Is that available if the trial order can't meet the MOQ?

A2. Our MOQ is 1000pcs, if the trial order can't meet the MOQ, 100-500pcs also are fine.

Q3. What about the leading time?

A3. For sample with existing products, delivery within 3 days; For orders in great quantity, 15-20 working days. Generally 20-30 working days for customer OEM products.
